The service

Powertrip is a cloud platform for solar EPCs: 3D design, automated proposals, bill of materials, drawings, AI-assisted CRM and operations coordination, provided by subscription.

Accounts

Keep registration details accurate, protect your credentials, and tell us promptly about any unauthorised access.

Payment

Prices are in BDT, billed monthly or annually through a Bangladeshi payment gateway, and exclude VAT unless stated. Subscription payments are non-refundable once processed.

Refunds

There are no refunds for early termination, downgrades, unused features or dissatisfaction. Erroneous or unauthorised charges must be raised within 7 days and will be reviewed.

Cancellation

Cancel any time, no reason required. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid cycle, after which the account reverts to a basic read-only tier.

Your data after termination

Proposals, designs and CRM records remain available for 30 days after termination. Re-subscribing within 30 days restores them.

Ownership

Powertrip owns the platform and its code. You own your designs, proposals and project data.

Liability

Our liability is capped at the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes go before the courts of Dhaka.
