What we collect
Account details; uploaded electricity bills and site photos; designs and customer records you create; device information and approximate location; usage and crash data.
How it is used
To run the service — 3D design, proposals, BOM, drawings and CRM — to secure accounts, to improve the product, and to respond when you contact us. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your designs or customer records for anything except providing the service to you.

Only the processors below, each for the single purpose named. No other sharing.

Retention and deletion
Proposals, designs and CRM records stay available for 30 days after a subscription ends; re-subscribing within 30 days restores them. On a deletion request, data is deleted within 7 days, and from backups within 30 days.
